As Carley Network Media Ltd. is headquartered in New Zealand, if you are concerned about the privacy of your information, then the most appropriate course of action that we can recommend is that unless you live in the European Union, please refer to our New Zealand privacy policy. We would hope that, in the majority of cases, it is more strict than the laws of most other countries.
Please note that in some cases, our servers are located in the USA. As far as Carley Network Media Ltd. is concerned, we will not respond positively to any requests by that government for information, however, if our upstream provider is requested to and subsequently divulges said information then there may be little that we can do, however outside of the scope of illegal activities, Carley Network Media Ltd. will agressively defend the privacy of its clients with the realms of possibility.
